Just this last week producer Chris LaVoie has confirmed that Tom will star as a judge on Top Recruiter 5. The latest series will see Top Recruiter evolve from a reality series to a more mature docufilm series, with a new level of competition added to the mix. North America will be taking on Europe in a twist that will see the show being filmed in London and across Europe during this summer.
